Join a technology-led, full-stack small business insurance provider as a Frontend Engineer. You will develop customer portals and back-office web applications using Angular, Node.js, and NestJS, leveraging AI tools to drive innovation. This hybrid role is based in Kfar Saba, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain product capabilities to enhance offerings and customer experience.
- Leverage AI tools and agentic programming to create new AI skills, agents, and tools that drive productivity and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to achieve business objectives.
- Take ownership of features from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring quality and success.
- Contribute to team productivity and system health by advancing technology and tools.
- Continuously improve code quality and contribute to the team's professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in high-scale production web development.
- Proficiency in Angular or any other modern JavaScript framework.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools, such as Claude Code.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, Git, and API integrations.
- Understanding of self-service concepts and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Experience with automation testing and commitment to software quality.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) on AWS.
- Some experience with Node.js and Express.js/NestJS.
