Seeking a Firmware Core Engineer to design, develop, and optimize networking adapter firmware. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cutting-edge technologies. Requires a B.Sc. in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in embedded systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and optimize core features of network adapters.
- Collaborate with chip design, software, and architecture teams to define and implement firmware flows.
- Improve team methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of OOP, computer structure, and operating systems.
- Problem-solving skills, independence, and curiosity.
- Ability to lead feature development and take full ownership of tasks.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of C++ and Embedded C programming.
- Experience partnering with software and architecture teams.
- Knowledge of networking, Linux, and scripting languages.
- Experience with in-depth problem solving.
