A technology company is hiring a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop advanced networking and embedded processor software for an SDK team.

Responsibilities

Design and develop features for embedded processing software
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C code
Collaborate with software R&D teams, software architects, compiler engineers, and firmware teams
Own software development work through to completion

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in C for embedded environments
Experience with software design, coding, debugging, analysis, and problem-solving
Ability to take end-to-end ownership of assigned work
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of embedded processing, particularly RISC-V processors
Linux kernel and driver development experience
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work independently
