Responsibilities
- Maintain production infrastructure, platforms, and services
- Design and implement scalable solutions for fast-changing environments
- Perform deep drill down analysis into production support operations and provide fixes
- Investigate errors, debug source code, and provide root cause analysis
- Build and implement enhancements (e.g., automating alerts) and resolve defects
- Monitor and improve production infrastructure, platforms, and services
- Work on design, development, configuration, and deployment of enterprise systems
- Identify server architecture and networking solutions
- Conduct code and architecture reviews and resolve performance and scalability issues
- Collaborate with senior partners on architecture standards and practices
