Lead a platform and DevOps team responsible for AWS infrastructure, production reliability, security, governance, developer self-service, and AI platform capabilities at a mobility technology company.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the platform and DevOps team
- Own the AWS organization and production environment
- Drive cloud architecture, reliability, security, governance, and operational excellence
- Build the roadmap for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, automation, and developer self-service
- Grow the AI Portal and advance AI-enabled capabilities across the organization
- Partner with R&D teams and coordinate delivery with external engineering and cloud partners
Requirements
- Proven technical leadership in complex production environments
- Deep AWS experience with business-critical systems and complex or multi-account environments
- Strong DevOps expertise across Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, observability, incident response, and scripting or programming
- Production Kubernetes experience, ideally with Amazon EKS
- Sound architectural judgment
- Experience building reusable infrastructure or platform capabilities adopted by multiple engineering teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to set technical direction and align engineers, stakeholders, and external partners

- Experience with DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, or RDS
