Lead a software team developing complex algorithms for unique radar projects. Manage and mentor developers, drive Agile methodologies, and collaborate with algorithm engineers, system engineers, and testers in a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team developing complex algorithms for unique projects
- Develop in C++ on Linux and Windows environments
- Collaborate with algorithm engineers, system engineers, and testers
- Mentor and train developers, implementing development methodologies and improving professional skills
Requirements
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- At least 3 years of C++ development experience
- Proven experience in OOD and OOP
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and a drive for excellence
Nice to have
- Relevant academic degree
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes
- Theoretical knowledge in physics and radar
