Develop complex real-time and embedded C++ systems, algorithms, and software interfaces while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams in defense and space programs. The role is based in Beer Yaakov, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Develop software in collaboration with algorithm, electronics, radio, systems engineering, testing, and subcontractor teams
- Develop complex real-time and embedded systems in C++
- Develop algorithms
- Work across software and firmware interfaces
- Manage systems and communicate with external components
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
- At least 10 years of experience developing C++ software for real-time embedded systems
- Proven experience with multicore and multithreaded systems
- Proven experience with object-oriented design and object-oriented programming
Nice to have
- Strong mathematical orientation
- Experience with FreeRTOS or other RTOS platforms
- Experience developing complex systems
- Familiarity with software development life cycle processes
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes
- Theoretical knowledge of navigation, RF, or DSP
- Experience developing in AI-based environments
