Join a cybersecurity-focused insurance company’s engineering team in Tel Aviv. Build and scale backend platforms, customer-facing products, and internal security and insurance tools using Python and AI.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale backend systems for customer-facing products and internal tools
- Use AI in development workflows and production solutions
- Own software problems from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Write tested, organized, and robust code
- Work with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor services, resolve bugs, and maintain reliable production systems
- Collaborate with engineers, cyber researchers, data scientists, data engineers, and R&D teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience
- Strong Python proficiency
- Experience designing and building large-scale, production-grade platforms
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and networking concepts
- Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
Nice to have
- Experience with Go
- Cloud deployment experience, preferably AWS
- Microservices architecture experience
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch or DynamoDB
- Experience collaborating with research or data science teams
