Develop backend services and production-ready voice and chat AI solutions for an enterprise conversational AI platform. Work with Product, AI, and DevOps teams on scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade voice and chat AI agents.
- Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate AI providers and services.
- Design scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Improve performance, latency, scalability, and system reliability.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical planning.
- Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of backend or full-stack development experience, with a strong backend focus.
- Strong hands-on experience with NestJS and TypeScript.
- Experience designing scalable backend services and architectures, REST APIs, asynchronous services, and distributed systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and relational data modeling.
- Experience with Python and FastAPI or a similar backend framework.
- Experience with React and modern frontend development.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and production environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Voice AI or conversational AI applications.
- Experience with SIP, VoIP, telephony systems, Twilio, or enterprise communication platforms.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, Kubernetes, or MCP.
- Experience deploying enterprise SaaS and on-premise solutions.
