Act as the primary technical contact for customers, implementing and integrating our machine learning platform. Write code, work closely with engineering and sales, and help shape the product. Requires backend engineering experience with Python and SQL, and a passion for ML.
Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate the machine learning platform for customers across various industries.
- Work closely with engineering and sales teams as the primary technical point of contact.
- Write code to build efficient feature pipelines and customize solutions.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and guidance.
- Recommend new products and features to customers as their business evolves.
- Assist in interviewing and growing the engineering team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with machine learning or data products or services.
- Understanding of ML Ops or infrastructure.
- Experience as a forward-deployed engineer in a high-growth startup.
