As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-powered solutions and agentic systems. You will own services end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor others. Requires 6+ years ML experience, proficiency in Python, and expertise in LLMs and cloud frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Generative AI-powered solutions and agentic systems into production.
- Define optimal architectural solutions considering emerging technologies, business needs, and technical requirements.
- Own services end-to-end, implementing robust monitoring and maintenance for application and ML health.
- Write clean, scalable production code with CI/CD integration for reproducibility.
- Pioneer and promote best practices in GenAI application development.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer delivering ML solutions to production.
- Experience working on products that impact a large customer base.
- Demonstrable experience with Generative AI applications, LLMs, Agentic Systems in production.
- Deep understanding of core machine learning algorithms, statistical models, evaluation methods, and data structures.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying models using cloud frameworks (e.g., AWS Sagemaker) and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and Java.
- Strong coding practices including writing production-quality, maintainable code and leveraging AI coding assistants.
- Experience with big data processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark, Apache Flink, Snowflake) and relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying large-scale language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools like NumPy, pandas, and matplotlib.
- Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, and evaluation metrics for ML models.
