Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Join an aviation division to develop and implement AI/ML models and solutions. Responsible for building ML pipelines, data engineering, experimentation, and production support. Requires 4+ years of experience, Python proficiency, and a relevant degree.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning models for business and operational solutions.
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for model training and feedback loops.
- Design and build ML pipelines, including integration with CI/CD for model deployment.
- Work with on-premise model deployment.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to define AI-based requirements and features.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate performance, and optimize models (accuracy, response time, resource consumption, etc.).
- Write technical documentation and specification documents for AI solutions (architecture, API, usage guidelines, etc.).
- Provide user support and troubleshoot production issues, including monitoring and updating models.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards and AI regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience – required.
- Over 4 years of experience developing AI/ML models, including agents and LLMs – required.
- High proficiency in Python, including libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn – required.
- Proficiency in English (writing and verbal communication) – required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL and databases for data management, querying, and exploration – advantage.
- Experience in writing and implementing technical documents and documentation for AI solutions – advantage.
- Experience with cloud services for AI (AWS, Azure, GCP) – advantage.
- Technical background and systemic understanding – advantage.
- Experience working in a large organization – advantage.
