Join an autonomous-driving technology team developing deep learning perception systems. Lead applied research and proof-of-concepts that shape long-term technical direction and transition innovations into production.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term applied research initiatives and proof-of-concepts for perception and autonomous-driving technology
- Design and implement end-to-end perception and multimodal learning systems
- Develop solutions for detection, tracking, 3D reconstruction, multi-camera fusion, and motion prediction
- Validate research innovations and prepare proof-of-concepts for adoption by production teams and deployment on autonomous vehicle platforms
Requirements
- M.Sc. in mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing computer vision and deep learning systems
- Experience taking vision models from research through proof-of-concept and into production
- Ability to independently own loosely defined research initiatives end to end
- Strong Python programming skills
Nice to have
- Broad experience with object detection, tracking, or 3D scene understanding
- Technical leadership experience; team management experience is advantageous
- Experience with motion prediction, trajectory forecasting, behavior modeling, or learning-based navigation
- First-author publications at leading peer-reviewed conferences such as CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR
