Research and develop production-ready algorithms for autonomous driving planning and decision-making, combining mathematical modeling, optimization, machine learning, and large-scale driving data.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop algorithms for autonomous driving planning and decision-making
- Model complex driving scenarios as optimization, learning, or algorithmic problems
- Apply mathematical modeling, classical algorithms, machine learning, and deep learning
- Analyze large-scale driving data to validate hypotheses and improve system robustness
- Design and implement high-quality production-ready code
- Evaluate and build upon research literature in algorithms, AI, and machine learning
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in algorithm development, machine learning, or AI research
- Outstanding MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
- Outstanding mathematical and analytical abilities
- Ability to understand and apply scientific literature
- Passion for challenging research problems
