Responsibilities
- Research and develop methods and algorithms for defense products
- Conduct feasibility studies and detailed algorithm development
- Implement algorithms and support system integration
- Research and develop algorithms for signal-processing and system applications
- Collaborate with project managers, system engineers, customers, and defense representatives
- Lead processes independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or physics
- Specialization in digital signal processing, digital algorithms, or estimation theory
- Experience leading algorithm research and development in signal processing and systems research
- Strong knowledge of digital signal processing, analog-to-digital signal conversion, and random processes
- Ability to think systemically while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to lead processes independently and work effectively in teams
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital communications, DAB, or DVB-T
- Experience developing and implementing algorithms on FPGA
- Experience working with FPGA
- Background in communications, radar, signals intelligence, or electronic warfare
