Algorithm Engineer for Autonomous Vehicle Sensing
Lead a team developing sensing algorithms for autonomous vehicles. Develop and implement algorithms for signal/image processing (radar, lidar, electro-optical) and deep learning for detection/classification on various platforms, including edge computing.
Responsibilities
- Leading a sensing algorithms team
- Providing professional guidance to algorithm engineers
- Developing, implementing, and integrating sensing algorithms for autonomous vehicles
- Developing algorithms for various computing platforms including edge computing
- Developing algorithms for signal and image processing (electro-optical, radar, lidar)
- Developing advanced deep learning algorithms for detection and classification
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Exact Sciences, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of algorithm development experience
- 3+ years in signal/image processing (electro-optical, radar, or lidar)
- 3+ years of Python/PyTorch experience
- Extensive MATLAB experience
Nice to have
- M.Sc. in relevant field
- Experience with deep learning for detection/classification
- Experience with tracking and Kalman filters
- Experience running algorithms on edge computing with limited performance
