Join an R&D team building and deploying production AI systems that transform noisy, unstructured web data into structured insights. The role focuses on LLMs, autonomous agents, NLP, and retrieval-augmented generation in a data-heavy environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy LLM-powered systems for information extraction, reasoning, and classification.
- Build autonomous agents that interact with knowledge sources, APIs, and structured data.
- Implement and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, data, and software teams to translate business goals into AI workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate tools including LangChain, OpenAI, Gemini, FAISS, Pinecone, and similar technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Python experience in data-heavy environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML or data science, with a strong focus on LLMs and NLP.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Experience building agent-based architectures and/or RAG pipelines.
- Strong Python skills, including API integration, vector search, or knowledge graphs.
- A BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Interest in current LLM developments, open-source AI tools, and engineering best practices.
