Responsibilities
- Embed with teams to understand workflows, decisions, data, systems, and success measures.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into technical designs and production-grade solutions.
- Redesign end-to-end business processes for AI-native operations.
- Architect and build AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows integrated with enterprise systems and data.
- Develop software across APIs, integrations, data, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
- Deploy solutions to production, test with users and real data, measure outcomes, and iterate.
- Work with engineers, operational users, and senior executives to deliver adopted solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent evidence of exceptional technical ability.
- Strong coding skills and computer science foundations, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, C#, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with software architecture, backend development, APIs, integrations, databases, data flows, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and production monitoring.
- Experience building, debugging, deploying, and operating production-grade software.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and applied AI systems, including production evaluation, reliability, and observability.
