Senior Forward Deployed Engineer
Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions. Design agentic systems, manage data pipelines, and resolve technical blockers. Mentor engineers and influence product roadmap. Requires 6+ years experience, LLM integration, and Salesforce platform expertise.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions
- Design agentic systems including agent logic, tool calls, and multi-agent orchestration
- Manage data lifecycle, model design, and processing pipelines
- Resolve technical blockers such as data integration and deployment issues
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly
- Codify learnings into reusable assets and playbooks
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions
- Provide technical depth on critical deployments
- Surface field insights to product and engineering teams
- Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
- Experience integrating LLMs into production using LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Deep experience in data modeling and analytics on platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
- Salesforce platform expertise including Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs
- Mentoring experience and creation of reusable assets
- Excellent communication with engineering, customer, and executive stakeholders
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect)
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD, observability, or data governance
- Experience architecting multi-cloud enterprise AI solutions
- Track record of influencing product roadmaps through field engineering
- Open-source contributions, technical writing, or conference presentations
