Lead the design and development of large-scale machine learning inference and data processing systems for production workloads. Collaborate with ML researchers and infrastructure teams to build scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize algorithms and pipelines for large-scale model inference.
- Build scalable systems for high-throughput data processing and streaming.
- Develop data transformation and preprocessing components for machine learning workloads.
- Improve performance, efficiency, and reliability across distributed inference systems.
- Make architectural decisions for production ML and data systems.
- Collaborate with ML researchers, infrastructure teams, and platform teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in algorithm engineering, ML infrastructure, or data systems.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Spark, Polars, Pandas, DuckDB, and AWS.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience building or supporting production ML inference pipelines.
- Strong system design and software architecture skills.
