The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain an enterprise AI platform for scalable, secure AI solution adoption
- Build foundational frameworks, services, agents, orchestration pipelines, and integration layers
- Develop and integrate generative AI solutions for diverse organizational needs
- Lead projects from requirements gathering through development and production deployment
- Coordinate plans, priorities, milestones, and delivery timelines with stakeholders
- Promote engineering excellence through documentation, communication, ownership, and accountability
- Evaluate emerging generative AI capabilities and share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience building production-grade systems
- Strong Python development skills and experience with Linux environments
- Proficiency with Azure cloud services
- Technical leadership or lead engineer experience, including planning, milestones, and delivery
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, including large language models, AI agents, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, and agent orchestration
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across multidisciplinary teams
