Design and build intelligent agentic systems across a product ecosystem. Work at the intersection of machine learning, backend, and frontend to deliver AI features. Own full-stack development, LLM orchestration, and RAG pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous or semi-autonomous agents using LLMs.
- Work with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and tool/plugin integrations.
- Build scalable agent runtimes and orchestration layers.
- Own full-stack features from backend APIs to React frontend.
- Integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
- Build and maintain backend services and pipelines supporting AI agents.
- Optimize inference flows for performance and cost.
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI capabilities.
- Analyze performance and usage metrics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of fullstack development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Python (or Node/Go).
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Docker, CI/CD).
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI).
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Experience with observability, feedback loops for AI agents, or embedded AI evaluation techniques.
