Develop and deploy AI agents that automate document processing and other content-heavy enterprise workflows. Work with product, engineering, and business teams to identify valuable automation opportunities and deliver reliable production systems.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and build AI agents using large language models for enterprise document-processing workflows.
- Develop machine learning pipelines to automate content-heavy business processes.
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs for accurate, efficient document interpretation, classification, and processing.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI solutions.
- Create evaluation metrics and test AI systems for reliability and efficiency in real-world settings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building production systems as a software engineer or data scientist.
- At least 2 years of experience with large language models and natural language processing.
- Experience developing AI agents for content-heavy tasks.
- Experience with multiple LLM vendors and retrieval-augmented generation or fine-tuning open-source or commercial models.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of LLM architectures and NLP applications, including entity recognition, document classification, and summarization.
- Experience with model grounding, deploying AI models through APIs, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of continuous monitoring, evaluation, and iterative model improvement.
