Join an applied AI team building production systems that transform large volumes of unstructured data into structured signals. You will own work across data pipelines, retrieval infrastructure, model evaluation, and reliable AI serving.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve production LLM pipelines that convert unstructured text into structured product data
- Design and operate large-scale batch and near-real-time data processing systems
- Build retrieval and serving layers for real-time data access
- Select appropriate LLM models and evaluate their performance quantitatively
- Manage throughput, latency, cost, failure handling, and monitoring as system volume grows
- Develop agentic workflows and help establish engineering standards
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and operating production systems at scale
- Experience delivering production features using large language models
- Strong experience with large-scale data pipelines, asynchronous and distributed processing, storage, and query design
- Ability to design systems, evaluate tradeoffs, and reason about boundaries, reliability, and cost
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with product and data teams
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM-as-a-judge evaluation methods
- Familiarity with vector search
- Familiarity with graph databases
