Own and build AI-native systems to automate the software development lifecycle, including agentic pipelines, LLM integrations, and internal AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own the SDLC pipeline from ticket sync to implementation and PR.
- Design agentic systems including prompts, tools, evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Build integrations with Jira, GitHub, Figma, and LLM providers.
- Own roadmap, rollout, and adoption of internal AI tooling.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript/Node and/or Python.
- Production LLM/agent experience: tool calling, orchestration, context pipelines, evals.
- Ability to own a workstream from requirements through iteration and drive adoption without a team.
Nice to have
- Durable workflows (Restate/Temporal).
- React internal tools.
- Agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, MCP).
- Kubernetes/Datadog.
- Interest in quantum.
