Join a financial technology company’s core engineering team to lead internal AI transformation. Architect and deliver custom AI applications, automation systems, backend services, and APIs that improve operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy tailored AI systems and applications from the ground up
- Identify process bottlenecks and design backend automation solutions for internal teams
- Integrate generative AI models, APIs, and frameworks into internal infrastructure
- Build scalable, high-performance backend microservices and APIs for data-intensive AI workloads
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and department heads
- Serve as the technical AI focal point for internal initiatives
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and other teams to align solutions with user and business needs
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience
- Experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or generative AI systems with modern AI frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in Python
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience designing, building, and deploying secure backend systems and architectures from scratch
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures or agentic evaluation frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
