Responsibilities

Write and optimize prompts and system instructions, and manage agent context, memory, and conversation flows.
Design and improve RAG processes, including chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval.
Analyze model responses and conduct root cause analysis to improve prompts, context, retrieval, and agent architecture.
Develop backend components and API services in Python, along with internal interfaces and evaluation tools.
Lead proof-of-concept projects and complex integrations from prototype through production.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
Strong full-stack development background, especially Python, REST APIs, and database integration.
Experience defining evaluation methods and assessing model outputs qualitatively.
Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI solutions spanning models, backends, and user interfaces.

Nice to have

Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, React, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
