Responsibilities
- Lead cross-domain engineering initiatives connecting AI algorithms, software, and data systems.
- Contribute hands-on to AI serving, integration, and orchestration components.
- Partner with algorithm teams to connect innovation with system design for smooth delivery.
- Guide architectural evolution for efficiency, consistency, and maintainability.
- Communicate technical direction and align teams.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence.
- Foster collaboration and uphold quality and reliability through clean code, testing, and CI/CD.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with architectural depth.
- Proven ability to drive technical direction and align stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, including deep learning, computer vision, and NLP.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, modern software practices, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Familiarity with cloud environments, MLOps, containerization, orchestration, and model-serving.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
