Join a multidisciplinary algorithm team developing guidance, control, estimation, and simulation algorithms for advanced defense systems and real-time operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop flight-control, guidance, and estimation algorithms.
- Create advanced algorithms for planning and executing complex multi-participant missions.
- Develop and update dynamic simulations according to project requirements.
- Analyze performance, draw conclusions, integrate solutions, and maintain them.
- Plan and conduct flight tests and interpret their results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of algorithm development experience in flight control, navigation, guidance, or signal processing.
- Experience designing and running dynamic simulations and analyzing performance.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical thinking, fast learning ability, and effective multidisciplinary teamwork.
Nice to have
- Relevant master's degree or doctorate.
- C++ or Python knowledge.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision.
