Build, implement, and maintain AI-powered systems that automate knowledge collection, analysis, competitive intelligence, and internal knowledge sharing. Own projects from concept through delivery and adoption while partnering with information systems, IT, data science, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an AI-powered intelligence stack using LLMs, agentic capabilities, MCPs, skills, and advanced RAG.
- Automate data collection, analysis, and knowledge sharing workflows.
- Develop interfaces that deliver relevant competitive insights to internal stakeholders.
- Drive AI solution projects from initial concept through execution, delivery, and adoption.
- Evaluate and recommend AI and machine learning tools and frameworks.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of LLM-based system architectures.
- Gather requirements and contribute to product discussions with internal customers.
- Conduct technical research on DevOps, DevSecOps, MLOps, and software development supply chains.
- Coordinate enterprise-wide systems integration with information systems, IT, and data science teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least four years of hands-on experience developing and scaling production-grade GenAI architectures.
- Proficiency with LLM frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, CrewAI, PyTorch, Keras, NLP, vector databases, RAG, MCPs, and agent skills.
- Fluency in Python and at least one of TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as containers and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud-native principles and scalable, reliable LLM-based architectures.
- Ability to investigate complex systems, cloud environments, source code, and documentation and synthesize findings into clear insights.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate action across information systems, IT, and data science teams.
Nice to have
- Full-stack web development experience.
- At least three years of experience configuring and using DevSecOps technologies such as Kubernetes, Artifactory, GitLab, SonarQube, coding agents, vulnerability scanners, and GitHub Actions.
