Join a new engineering team in Tel Aviv to build next-generation, AI-native production systems for a global logistics company. This hands-on founding role shapes architecture, technology choices, engineering practices, and end-to-end system ownership.
Responsibilities
- Build next-generation technology from the ground up
- Select architecture, technology stacks, and development tooling
- Translate operational needs into shipped software with operations stakeholders
- Document foundational technical decisions
- Design, build, and operate systems using agents, RAG, and LLM pipelines
- Evaluate and adopt AI models, frameworks, and development tools
- Ship systems to production and own them through their operational lifecycle
- Ensure reliability, quality, auditability, and operational performance
- Establish engineering practices, standards, and quality expectations
- Demonstrate completed work to company leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- End-to-end experience delivering, deploying, and supporting production software
- Strong experience building, shipping, and operating scalable production-grade systems
- Advanced proficiency with modern AI tooling and AI-assisted development
- Extensive experience with LLM applications, RAG architectures, and AI agent-based systems
- Knowledge of safe AI deployment, including validation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Strong understanding of scalable software architecture, automation, testing, and resilient application development
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience evaluating emerging AI models, frameworks, and tooling
