Lead technical customer engagements for AI platform serving real estate enterprises. Own discovery, solution design, development, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered workflows. Requires 5+ years in software engineering or technical customer-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business processes and technical challenges
- Lead technical discovery and gather requirements for AI solutions
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents, integrations, and workflows
- Work hands-on with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Own customer engagements from discovery through deployment and optimization
- Validate solutions with real customer data and troubleshoot issues
- Identify new use cases and drive platform adoption and growth
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence product direction based on customer feedback
- Create reusable implementation playbooks and best practices
- Travel regularly to customer sites in the U.S.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Solutions Engineering
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and system architecture knowledge
- Experience with APIs, integrations, data flows, and databases
- Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or enterprise AI applications
- Experience leading technical customer engagements from discovery to deployment
- Product mindset with ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Based in Israel and willing to travel regularly across the U.S.
- Curiosity for AI, automation, and business impact
Nice to have
- Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering
- Experience operating and improving production systems
- Experience with large enterprise customers
- Experience in commercial real estate or PropTech
- Experience in complex enterprise environments
