Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary team of backend, frontend, and AI agent engineers.
- Mentor engineers and foster culture of technical excellence.
- Develop agentic and conversational architecture for LLM-powered interactions.
- Collaborate with AI research, data, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities.
- Define and drive technical roadmap for scalability and developer productivity.
Requirements
- 7+ years software development experience.
- 2+ years leading and mentoring engineers.
- Strong backend development expertise (Go, Python, Node.js, or similar).
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (React, Vue, TypeScript).
- Experience integrating AI systems, LLMs, or agent-based architectures.
- Product-oriented mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent orchestration, context management, or retrieval-augmented architectures.
- Experience in cybersecurity.
- Hands-on expertise in Go development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
