Responsibilities
- Design and ship agentic AI systems for multi-step workflow execution
- Build planning, tool-use, memory, and recovery mechanisms
- Develop execution frameworks for ambiguity, partial failures, and changing context
- Create agent evaluation systems, success metrics, regression tests, and feedback loops
- Improve reliability through validation layers, guardrails, and fallback behavior
- Integrate and structure fragmented data into usable context
- Build orchestration and real-world action execution systems
- Partner with engineering and product to move research ideas into production
- Work with early users to translate workflows into automation coverage
Requirements
- Experience building agentic AI systems that plan, take actions, and execute multi-step workflows
- Hands-on experience with reliable LLM-based systems beyond prototypes
- Strong understanding of evaluation, correctness measurement, and iterative system improvement
- Solid applied machine learning fundamentals
- Strong software engineering skills; Python is required
- Ability to work with ambiguous problems and messy real-world data
- Sound judgment regarding correctness, reliability, and production behavior
