Responsibilities
- Develop agentic systems, including LLM agents and RAG pipelines.
- Build complex multi-agent systems with Claude Agent SDK or comparable frameworks.
- Integrate tools and MCP connections with core organizational systems.
- Lead AI evaluation processes, including evaluation frameworks, metrics, and A/B testing.
- Develop scalable AI capabilities for internal business, operational, and digital users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of strong, proven Python development experience.
- Ability to write clean, high-quality code using established best practices.
- Proven experience writing production code, owning live systems, and working with CI/CD processes.
- Proven experience developing LLM-based agents and RAG systems and integrating them with existing software.
- Deep understanding of model evaluation, performance measurement, and experimentation.
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems in production.
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude Agent SDK or another multi-agent development framework.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
