Build and own production LLM agents, automation pipelines, integrations, and internal AI infrastructure for a security platform. Translate ambiguous business needs into reliable technical solutions, improve production performance, and drive adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-powered agents, automation pipelines, backend services, and complex system integrations
- Develop custom MCP servers and infrastructure for scalable internal AI workflows
- Maintain and harden the MCP Gateway ecosystem, including reliability, authentication, secrets management, and versioning
- Deploy, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production agents and automations
- Create evaluation frameworks, test sets, and monitoring for accuracy, precision, recall, hallucination rates, and regressions
- Partner with teams to understand workflows, gather feedback, improve adoption, and deliver measurable business value
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software engineering or hands-on development experience
- Strong Python skills and production-grade coding experience
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous pipelines
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Experience building or integrating MCP servers
- Experience evaluating LLM or agent performance in production
- Understanding of secrets management, credential handling, and production security practices
- Ability to own projects independently and work end to end
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS experience
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks
- Experience building internal developer platforms or company-wide automation infrastructure
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and other enterprise systems
- Experience driving internal AI adoption and measuring business impact
