Develop, deploy, and operate AI solutions and automations across business units and manufacturing operations. Build internal tools from prototype through production, run enterprise AI platforms and integrations, measure initiative outcomes, and support employee adoption.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities with users across manufacturing and business teams; independently develop internal applications and tools from prototype to production.
- Deliver assigned initiatives from requirements through handover, including estimates, status updates, and blocker reporting.
- Define success metrics, gather data, build dashboards, and report outcomes against targets.
- Administer enterprise AI platforms, including Copilot, Gemini, GPT, and Claude Enterprise; manage access, monitor usage and costs, support users, and troubleshoot issues.
- Build and maintain MCP servers, connectors, plugins, and API integrations with SAP and production systems.
- Design and develop automations for repetitive processes using Power Automate, scripts, and SAP or Excel data.
- Develop and maintain internal LLM-based tools, such as Excel analysis tools, dashboards, training platforms, and department-specific assistants; provide technical documentation.
- Help evaluate, deploy, and operate self-hosted open models alongside cloud models, including performance testing and infrastructure monitoring.
- Adapt and deploy AI-based development tools in a secure enterprise environment, including proxy and security-control configuration.
- Apply organizational AI-use policies and information classification to developed tools and integrations.
- Train employees and managers on AI tools and support departmental champions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise AI platforms, including users, permissions, SSO, usage monitoring, and costs.
- Practical experience setting up MCP servers and connecting platforms through connectors, plugins, and model-provider APIs.
- Experience taking LLM-based tools to production, including structured JSON outputs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
- Ability to build applications and tools using JavaScript or Python and move quickly from concept to working solution.
- Experience developing automations with Power Automate, API integrations, and data from enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with SAP and enterprise ERP systems.
- Experience with Docker, Linux, Windows Server (IIS), NGINX, PostgreSQL, Cloudflare, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience training employees and managers on AI tools and preparing training materials.
- Experience measuring technology initiatives, quantifying savings, building monitoring dashboards, and reporting results against targets.
- Understanding of information security and data governance for sensitive information.
- Strong Hebrew and English skills.
