Join a growing healthcare-focused company as its sole product designer, owning the end-to-end UX and UI of a global platform. Work with product, engineering, business stakeholders, and users to shape an evolving product, simplify complex workflows, and deliver polished, accessible experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX and UI design for the platform product.
- Partner with product management to define problems, uncover requirements, explore solutions, and shape the product.
- Translate user and business needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate assumptions and decisions.
- Use rapid prototyping and iteration to explore alternatives in ambiguous situations.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex workflows, dashboards, forms, structured information, and administrative tools.
- Set standards for usability, visual quality, micro-interactions, empty states, loading experiences, and error handling.
- Create and maintain the design system, components, and interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with engineers during development and review implemented experiences.
- Use research, analytics, and user feedback to improve the product.
- Present design decisions and build alignment with product, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Establish design practices and standards within the platform team.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on digital product design experience, preferably with complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or data-rich products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem-solving, and high-quality UI design.
- Strong information architecture, interaction design, user-flow, prototyping, and usability skills.
- Excellent visual-design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience taking products or major features from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Experience shaping products in ambiguous environments and turning incomplete information into clear, testable design directions.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma.
- Practical experience using current AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and iteration, with strong judgment about output quality.
- Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in an agile environment.
- Experience conducting and applying user research and usability testing.
- Ability to work independently and establish design processes as the sole designer.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

- Experience designing multi-country or multilingual products.
- Experience with dashboards, administration interfaces, content-management tools, or workflow-based systems.
- Familiarity with role-based permissions and user experiences that vary by user type or market.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
