Lead end-to-end design for complex eCommerce discovery experiences, collaborating with product and engineering partners to shape strategy and build intuitive, data-informed products. This full-time position is maternity leave coverage.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design from problem definition through execution
- Shape product strategy, priorities, and solutions with product and engineering partners
- Design AI behaviors and scalable user experiences using AI-native workflows
- Prototype ideas rapidly in code using AI tools
- Use customer empathy, design methods, and data insights to solve complex problems
- Create actionable data views for marketers and their leadership
- Make and document timely design decisions, then guide them through execution
Requirements
- At least 5 years designing digital products in fast-paced B2B2C or B2B SaaS environments
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and strong UX/UI craft
- Experience designing AI behaviors or using AI-native workflows
- Experience with Git-based developer integration and rapid prototyping
- Expertise in Figma, Git workflows, and AI-assisted design, research, or prototyping tools
- Strong collaboration with product managers and engineering leads
- Ability to communicate design decisions and strategic rationale
