Responsibilities
- Lead complex analytical projects using advanced statistics, causal inference, and experimentation.
- Develop predictive models and forecasting frameworks for product roadmaps, goals, and resource allocation.
- Define product success metrics and measurement strategies.
- Identify and size product opportunities using behavioral, qualitative, and business data.
- Design and analyze large-scale A/B tests and feature rollouts.
- Build scalable self-service data pipelines and visualization interfaces.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to product leaders and executives.
- Advance data science strategy, analytical standards, and methodological practices.
- Mentor data scientists on analytical design, hypothesis development, and quantitative modeling.
- Partner with data engineering and research teams to improve data infrastructure and reduce bias in data collection.
Requirements
- At least six years of professional experience in analytics, or at least four years with a Ph.D.
- Proficiency with data querying, scripting, or statistical tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews.
- Ongoing development of AI skills, including prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, or quality.
- A Ph.D. with at least four years of relevant work experience.
