Senior Product Analyst specializing in platform analytics, responsible for analyzing usage data, monitoring feature adoption, and providing data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and platform performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze platform usage patterns and derive actionable insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Support new feature development by monitoring early adoption, user interactions, and performance.
- Partner with Product Managers to establish and track key feature KPIs, assess impact, and recommend enhancements.
- Develop dashboards and reports providing visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to address user pain points, drive improvements, and reduce churn.
- Enhance analytics processes and data platforms to support agile and accurate insights for platform optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Product, or Platform domains, including roles such as Product Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- B.Sc or equivalent studies with extensive hands-on projects.
