Responsibilities
- Lead client marketing performance analysis, including attribution and marketing effectiveness measurement.
- Analyze product clickstream data to guide product decisions and improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Model panel and conversational data to understand consumer behavior and decision journeys in AI chats.
- Define analytical questions, prepare data, develop models, validate findings, and communicate actionable insights.
- Maintain analytical quality and translate results for business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of data analytics experience delivering analyses that influenced marketing, product, or business decisions.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Strong Python or R skills.
- Hands-on experience with event-based product analytics platforms.
- Strong statistical knowledge, including regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, experimental design, and model validation.
- Strong data visualization and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proactive ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with panel or longitudinal behavioral data.
- Hands-on marketing analytics, including multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, or incrementality measurement.
- Experience in advertising technology, consumer intelligence, market research, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with analytical data warehouses and version-controlled analytics workflows.
