Lead end-to-end product, operations, and business analytics, turning complex datasets into KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage, customer interaction, operations, and business data
- Define and track KPIs across product, operations, and business domains
- Build dashboards and monitoring tools
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data models
- Partner with Product, Operations, Business, and Engineering teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Strong business sense and ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to work end-to-end from raw data to business impact
- Experience with ETL pipelines using Snowflake and dbt is advantageous
- Experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or Omni is advantageous
Nice to have
- Experience with product analytics or customer interaction data
- Experience in a fast-growing startup
- Familiarity with AI-driven products
