Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior and business performance across the customer lifecycle.
- Monitor KPIs and build dashboards, reports, cohorts, and customer segments.
- Identify customer journey drop-off points, churn drivers, and opportunities to improve repeat behavior.
- Evaluate retention campaigns, lifecycle journeys, discounts, care plans, and related initiatives.
- Analyze performance across markets, treatment categories, medications, service types, acquisition sources, and customer segments.
- Measure the effects of cancellations, payment failures, delivery issues, and other customer experience factors.
- Support experiments by defining KPIs and control groups, analyzing performance, and recommending actions.
- Translate complex data into business insights, quantify opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Retention, CRM, Product, Customer Experience, and Data teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Retention Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, GA4, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
- Experience with B2C and large-scale digital platforms.
- Experience analyzing customer behavior, cohorts, retention, churn, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile environments.

- Experience in eCommerce, health technology, or telemedicine.
