Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct systems performance research for intelligence, electronic warfare, and communications systems
- Define research questions and prepare appropriate analysis tools
- Perform statistical analyses and draw conclusions
- Present results to operational customers, managers, and systems engineers
Requirements
- Master’s degree in exact sciences or operations research
- Professional experience in systems operations research and systems-level analysis
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and performance research tools
- Ability to present findings to operational customers, managers, and systems engineers
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with engineering and development teams
Nice to have
- Knowledge of communications, radar, signals intelligence, or electronic warfare domains
- Opportunity to train as a systems engineer during the role
