Lead research and development of deep learning solutions for semiconductor metrology challenges within a technology research group.
Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies and proof-of-concept investigations for deep learning solutions to metrology challenges.
- Design, develop, and evaluate deep learning infrastructure for early-stage metrology technologies.
- Propose and advance research directions, ideas, and approaches in collaboration with the technology research group.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to turn research concepts into practical metrology solutions.
- Track advances in deep learning and apply relevant methods to semiconductor metrology problems.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on data science experience.
- Strong experience with advanced deep learning algorithms and infrastructure.
- High proficiency in Python and strong coding skills.
