Join an advertising technology company’s Algorithms team in Tel Aviv to develop and deploy machine learning models for real-time bidding, pricing, recommendation, and auction optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy models for bid, price, win-rate, CTR, and CVR prediction, calibration, and auction optimization
- Own the machine learning lifecycle from research and experimentation through deployment, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization
- Analyze large-scale marketplace data and identify modeling opportunities
- Translate analytical insights into measurable business impact
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams on scalable machine learning solutions
- Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of low-latency, high-throughput production models
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical reviews and experimentation practices
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building machine learning solutions from research through production
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Experience with real-time bidding, recommendation systems, ranking, pricing, or large-scale optimization
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with production-grade machine learning systems
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and data analysis
Nice to have
- Deep learning experience in large-scale recommendation or advertising systems
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
