Lead a multidisciplinary data team building statistical and machine learning solutions for a digital intelligence platform. Own technical direction, team development, and collaboration across data, product, and R&D functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts
- Lead advanced solutions for complex big data and machine learning challenges
- Develop statistical and machine learning algorithms for large-scale data
- Own data processes and pipelines from research and proof of concept through production
- Collaborate with data extraction, platform, product, and R&D teams
- Gather stakeholder and customer feedback to guide solutions
- Hire team members and develop the team structure
- Shape product strategy in a startup-like environment
- Design, validate, and monitor processes for quality and reliability
- Identify, analyze, and monitor new raw data sources
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience developing machine learning and statistical algorithms in production
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills

- Experience with big data and machine learning production pipelines
