Join an AI delivery team building end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. Work primarily on Generative AI, including RAG pipelines and LLM systems, as well as classical machine learning and data science. The full-time role is on-site in Lod and requires security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI solutions, including data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and performance monitoring
- Develop Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and LLM-based applications
- Run open-source LLMs locally, including model selection, quantization, and hardware and performance trade-offs
- Build and optimize embedding-based retrieval using model evaluation, chunking, hybrid search, and reranking
- Integrate cloud and local LLM APIs with vector databases and optimize system performance
- Deploy scalable solutions using Docker, cloud platforms, and Windows or Linux environments, collaborating with DevOps teams
- Apply AI algorithms and statistical analysis to structured and unstructured data
- Participate in technical discussions and pre-sales activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of machine learning or data science experience, including delivering end-to-end GenAI solutions in production
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and common machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI libraries
- Experience with RAG systems and LLM-based solutions
- Understanding of embeddings and vector representations, including semantic similarity and vector search
- Hands-on experience running open-source LLMs locally, such as Ollama
- Experience with Docker and cloud environments
- Experience working in client-facing environments
- Ability to pass a security clearance process
Nice to have
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, or MLOps
- Experience monitoring production GenAI solutions
- Experience with vector databases and RAG evaluation frameworks
- Experience with on-premises or air-gapped AI deployments
- Experience presenting technical solutions to clients in English and Hebrew
