Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists.
- Set technical direction and priorities, and own execution and delivery.
- Turn complex machine learning and research problems into executable projects.
- Provide hands-on leadership in model development, experimentation, and evaluation.
- Maintain technical standards through model, experiment, and code reviews.
- Promote effective AI methods, tools, and development workflows.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on machine learning and deep learning experience, including at least 2 years leading a machine learning or data science team.
- Strong practical expertise in deep learning model architecture, training, optimization, and debugging.
- Experience taking ambiguous machine learning research questions through to robust, reproducible solutions.
- Practical experience with coding agents and automated development workflows, including rules, instructions, skills, tools, and MCP.
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, experimental design, and reliable AI systems.
